Welcome to TheCopperBeech!

Hi! I'm Vandghie.

Founder of TheCopperBeech and a hormone health Dietitian. I spent five years through my online programs helping women balance their hormones and heal their bodies through perimenopause. Interestingly, I found that although nutrition and lifestyle habit changes were a challenge, it was often the environmental toxins that posed one of the largest challenges for these ladies. They felt overwhelmed by the thought of finding alternatives that would support their hormonal health.

I started *TheCopperBeech* because I saw a serious problem in our homes—one that most people don’t even realise is there. The everyday toxins in our cookware, candles, furniture, and even our bedding that are quietly disrupting our hormones, making us sick and affecting our young daughters.

That’s why I created TheCopperBeech - an online store that offers beautiful, natural, organic, and non-toxic homeware. These are products you can feel good about bringing into your home because they’re designed to support your health, not compromise it.

This mission is also deeply personal as I support & educate my daughter through her teenage years. Her heavy, painful periods and persistent skin issues cleared within months as I became more intentional about removing toxins from our home. Her skin cleared, her cycles became lighter, and puberty became a smoother, more empowered phase of life - just like perimenopause can be.

My dream is that TheCopperBeech will grow into more than just a store. That it'll be a space for women who want their homes to be gorgeous places of healing and self-care. A place where you can shop without having to second guess ingredients or materials. A place where home care meets self care.

My mission is simple but powerful: to show women that our health - and our daughters’ health - isn’t something we outsource to a healthcare system. It’s something we protect and nurture every single day, starting in our own homes.

I hope you love what you find here. Please send me a message, I'd love to hear from you!
